Planning Begins 1 Month from Wedding Day: We'll start working with you one month before your wedding day to ensure all details are finalized and organized.
Unlimited Communication with Coordinator: Have questions or concerns leading up to your wedding day? Our coordinator is here to provide unlimited support and guidance.
Planning Meeting on Event Site (Up to 2 hrs.): We'll meet with you at your chosen event site to walk through logistics, finalize details, and ensure everything is in place for your big day.
Complete Vendor Management: From coordinating deliveries to managing setup and strike times, we'll handle all vendor logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
Detailed Timeline Provided to All Vendors and Client: A comprehensive timeline will be provided to all vendors and you two weeks prior to the wedding, ensuring everyone is on the same page and aware of the schedule.
1 Hour Wedding Rehearsal: We'll oversee your wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles and responsibilities for the ceremony.
Up to 12 Hours Onsite Coordination: Relax and enjoy your special day while we handle all the details, from vendor management to ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception coordination.
Monetary Distributions to Vendors: We'll handle final payments and tips to vendors on your behalf, allowing you to focus on celebrating with your loved ones.
Providing an Emergency Kit: We'll come prepared with an emergency kit to handle any unexpected situations that may arise on your wedding day.
Act as Liaison Between the Wedding Party and Vendors: We'll serve as a point of contact between you, your wedding party, and vendors, ensuring everyone is informed and accounted for.
